About Me
My background
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (MFT 38130). I have two Master’s degrees, one in psychology and the other in child development. I bring 25+ years of experience to my practice, working with children (as young as 2), adolescents, young adults, and parents and families.
My goal is to work collaboratively with you, creatively using my extensive set of psychotherapeutic skills to help you and your children feel better, improve communication, gain self-understanding, and learn tools to keep making your life better.
I also do groups for Middle Schoolers, Teens, and College Aged Folks. These groups incorporate art to help with self regulation, self discovery, and anxiety.
In addition I am available to run experiential art based groups to help with Compassion Fatigue Resilience. These groups are ideal for anyone in the helping professions to process feelings and get their spark back! Ideal for Therapists, Teachers, Nurses, PAs, Doctors, Medical Personnel, Research Scientists.
Outside of the office, I love to work in my art studio, hike, travel, cook, and spending time with my family and pets.
